We’ve identified several of the most common types of VOC surveys, and PMG has developed its QualVox™ VOC Survey offerings to fit those areas. We’ve also kept the project methodology and scope for each package highly-focused so that we can improve turnaround time and limit overall cost. Here’s a summary of the packages outlined below:
- Two of the packages – i.e. the QualVox™ I VOC Survey Package & the QualVox™ II VOC Survey Package – focus on short qualitative surveys with two different sample size options.
- The Market Dynamics Study Package includes an online quantitative survey with a sample size of 100 completed surveys.
- Plus, we’ve provided a VOC Support Services option for clients that prefer a ‘do-it-yourself’ VOC survey. With this package, a client gets basic project support from PMG’s VOC Research professionals in the areas of survey design, results analysis, and reporting – plus

Deliverables: Ten (10) 15-to-20 min. surveys; analysis and summary report.
QualVox™ II VOC Survey Package
Type: VOC / Qualitative
Deliverables: Thirty (30) 10-minute surveys; analysis and summary report.
Market Dynamics Study
Type: VOC / Online Quantitative Survey — with several application options, including: Brand Perception Study; Value Proposition Study; or, Product Usage Study.
Deliverables: 100 quantitative web surveys; analysis and summary report.
VOC Support Services
Type: VOC Consulting Support – Qualitative and/or Quantitative
